JMRI - Decoder Pro
Decoder Pro is a must-have PC utility for programming today's sound decoders.  It is a free software download and has excellent support.  DecoderPro simplifies the job of configuring complicated DCC decoders by providing screens on which you can select the various options and values you want.
Panel Pro Clinic An excellent site that has clinics on Panel Pro which uses JMRI (see link above).
